Old race bike FISHER - broken fork

Hi everyone, getting this remarkable piece of art (see FISHER below), I have managed to break left fork blade. Jooks guys recommended me to get the whole new-old fork of the same/comparable type because this one has already been DIY fixed in past. I guess it is impossible to get the same one, but I want to give it a try. The alternative solution would be to get a different one, yet somewhat fitting. Anyone willing to donate this spare part? I can buy it for reasonable money as well. Help with suggestions to second-hand bike stores, to owners of spare parts, welcomed as well

Head tube length: 13 cm
offset (outside diameter, top): 4 cm
